Susan Harbin, VP Sales and Consultant Development

As a founding member of Tomboy Tools Canada, Susan brings a creative spirit and passion for beauty to the team.

She sees the Tomboy slogan, "Learn Today, Teach Tomorrow and Build Forever," as a mantra for life. In her role as Vice President of Sales and Consultant Development she shares her passion for sales supported by exceptional customer service with everyone. Her focus on building strong and competent Tomboys as independent business owners propels Tomboy Tools Canada forward. Her personal mission is simple – have every woman in Canada using Tomboy Tools to create the space of their dreams.

With over 20 years of experience in sales and management, Susan sees Tomboy Tools as the perfect platform for using her experience and passion in the direct sales industry. Her philosophy is simple, “share...don’t convince” and “follow up, follow up, and then follow up.”

An avid painter and gardener, Susan fills her own world with beauty and shares those lesson learned with every Tomboy.

Married to Michael for 8 years and the mother of 2 young sons, Anton and Mitchell, Susan stays busy.
